My brain is a scumbag. Every time I get on the scale it tells me the drop in weight isn't 'real'.
Even with getting into clothes I couldn't before, and the scale showing a 14 pound loss, my brain still refuses to believe I'm losing weight. It says I was just retaining water the first time I weighed, or even, my underwear were heavier the last time.
At least that last thought gave me a laugh as I tried to imagine what 14 pound underwear would look like.

This morning my scales told me I'd lost another 4lbs, I was SURE I'd gained. I ended up weighing everything and everyone in my house to make sure the scales were accurate and they were. i still don't believe it, lol!0
