What kind of scale do you use? I have an old balance scale that I have to step on and adjust the neddle four or five times before it goes to zero right before I weigh myself. Looking for a good digital scale that won't break my bank. Any suggestions?

I have 2 digital scales in the house. One was bought at Walmart the other one was bought off Amazon. The one from Walmart was relatively inexpensive, I'd say under $20. It is digital and works great0

I have this one. It also calculates % Body Fat, % Total Body Water, % Muscle Mass and Bone Mass, but I mostly use it for the weight component. I like it.

i got my digital scale at bed bath and beyond, i think it was like $20, it is going to be a lot more accurate than one you are manually adjusting all the time.0
