Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and weight..

Options
I was diagnosed with PCOS a few days ago, and went on a bit of a food bender.

But now that I'm going to get back on track.. I was wondering; does PCOS make weightloss harder? I've heard that from a few people. And does anyone else faint while on their period? D:

Yes it is hard but it can be done I am a fellow sufferer but had to use IVF for my kids and the weight gain from all the hormones they pump you full of was my downfall. It may be a little slower then everyone else but you can get there.

    Good luck!

It can be harder, depending on the individual, but it's definitely not impossible. The good part is that losing weight is one of the best ways of treating it. If you search the groups for PCOS, there are a few that might be useful.
