How much weight per week should I aim to lose?

I'm 145 pounds and 5'3". I want to be about 118 - 123 pounds. So I have roughly 20 pounds to go
My current exercise is lifting weights for 35 minutes 3x a week followed by walking for about 45 minutes 3x a week. I eat 1600 - 1700 calories since my TDEE is about 2000 - 2100 calories.
Should I have MFP set up for 1 pound, or 1/2 pound?

I am 5'3" and started my journey at 150, but I didn't start really counting calories until 133. At that time I was set to lose at 1 pound per week but lost more like .8 per week. I was exercising hard 2 days (weights and cardio) and walking the rest of the week. It's ok to set it there, but don't get discouraged if you lose a little less.0

I'd go for half a pound, when you get to the goal you will find it easier to go to "maintain".0

1 pound a week for now. The lower you get, you'll probably want to slow down.0
