My calories burned is higher than I expected because of routine/exercise/life changes. My fiance and I try to take a leisurely walk every night before supper. Many nights we were too busy with household projects, but then both of us talked about how much we "missed talking our walk". We will try to have a walk every late afternoon if we can!
