    i will join you! :) I am ready for a challenge. My first beach trip of the year is planned for June 11 so I really need to kick it into gear.

    I just started on here, and I'd appreciate the support. I was thinking of starting turbo jam to get my butt in shape, but it's expensive. But I might. What do you all do for exercise?

    Hey, I'm in... i fly to Dubai on 28th, so would LOVE to loose 7lbs by then... I would also be at my target weight... for a few days (then the holiday lbs will all add up)!!! :) K X

    IM going to try 7 lbs by that time too. Right now I am at 153ish so hopefully I can be down to 146!

    Hello :o)

    I have a lateral thigh trainer which I try to do at least three times a week. (Like a stepped but better designed)
    I try to do 100 sit ups a day - but this has been built up over the years.
    I have some nice girly bumbells and do arm weights and squats and claf raises with them.
    I also walk and run - slowly - when the weather is good enough.

    Anything you can do will help.
    I'd love wii fit but can't afford it yet!!

    What do you do?

  • I'm up for the challenge. Right now i'm 184 so that would put me at 177 which would put a nice dent into my weight loss.

    I'm in! It would be a great way to start! Mini-goal set for the end of March (March 25th would be great, it'll be my birthday!)

    so weight now 262 lbs

    mini goal end of march 255 lbs
  • I am in! I am at 172 right now... so 7 lbs will bring me to 165.
