    Good for you. That is awesome. This is exactly what I needed to see this morning beings I completely blew my diet yesterday. I'm back on track today and I will get do this.

    One of my struggles is the scale. If I don't see weightloss, then I give up easy and give in to temptations.

    I'd like to add you as a friend for encouragement, advice, and motivation. :smile:
