fast oxidizer food list

Hello Peoples, does anybody know where to find the best list of foods that would be good for a fast oxidizer diet. I saw a post about an article by Jullan Micheals and metabolic types . Did some research for foods and found some conflicting opininions on some foods like potatoes ,wheat products , rice , and seafood . Any help would be much appreciated .
