So when I have one of those nutso days where my brain is being stretched and flexed and pulled in a million different directions I am STARVING!!!
Is is just the stress? Any tips to convince my body I'm not worn out from actually burning calories?

Different people deal with stress differently, most common way is to eat. Some people workout, I use to have this lady come to my old gym you can tell when she is stressed because she would not say a word and just go straight to the punching backs, her smile use to come in gradually after beating the crap out of that bag.0

Stress totally makes me hungry. And stress (for me) comes in all different forms -- kids' grades, husband's work/travel schedule, mom's finances, etc. You name it, I'm hungry!
I've just started this journey, and I'm still learning. I have no words or inspiration to offer, other than to say, Hey, it happens to me, too. One of the best things about tracking my food, is that I see I've eaten all I need to eat, and I'm done for the day. That actually helps me to mentally close the kitchen and be finished.
If anyone has a magic wand that will fix this, please let me know!0
