Any workout/weight loss programs online? Or at least a cheap one I can buy! I don't really have to money for anything fancy and I really want to get started on something like this!

**Edit: If not, has anyone ever tried Dance games on Xbox Kinect? I heard it works well!

    I think this site is a weight loss program online. You Tube has tons of free workout videos. Search for 30 Day Shred (there are 3 levels) or Fitness Blender.

    go to the store and buy lean proteins and fibrous carbs and that is the beginnings to your weight loss program...
