All I Do Now is Maintain my Weight...HELP

I've lost about 55 lbs (246-192). I'm 6'3 and am getting very close to my target weight (180). Since August however, I have been weighing in at 192 steadily. It's hard because I dipped to 189 for a week last June but it came right back. I'm also a college student which doesn't make anything much easier. Does anyone have suggestions on how to start dropping weight again? I appreciate any help I can get!

I have enormous weight loss resistance, tackle it by going low carb.
You can eat more calories, but stay under 30 g carb, but eat 100 g protein and 100g fat. Drink 8 glasses of water. It will start moving, do this for two weeks then increase the carbs slowly but stay under 100g0
