    Weekly Goal:
    Mon: 514 calries burned- 25 min. Jillian Michael 30DS, 50 min brisk walking
    Tues: 793 calories burned-40 min running, 100 min walking
    Wed: 835 calories burned-brisk walking 80 min.,25 min 30DS, 40 min leisurely walking with fiance
    Thur: 437 calories burned-running 20 min, 6 min Hatha Stretching
    Fri: 719 calories burned -80 min brisk walking(a bit over 5 miles),27 min 30DS
    Sat: 687 calories burned-43 min running, 6 min Hatha Stretching, 16 min brisk walking
    Sun: 415 calories burned-25 min running, 6 min Hatha Stretching, 20 min brisk walking

    My calories burned is higher than I expected because of routine/exercise/life changes. My fiance and I try to take a leisurely walk every night before supper. Many nights we were too busy with household projects, but then both of us talked about how much we "missed talking our walk". We will try to have a walk every late afternoon if we can!
