Especially in my face. I didn't realize how puffy it was until I looked back at an old photo from June/July of this year, right before I started my journey.

    Great job!. It feels great when you notice it, huh? I've finally started to see the changes in myself when I look in the mirror. Before I needed pictures to actually see the change that people would always point out, for some reason I couldn't see it in the mirror but it finally clicked the past few weeks.
