    Good luck!

    Set a goal for yourself like:

    Jog the entire race, no walking
    45 min time limit
    Race again in less than 3 months and beat your old time

    It's important to keep yourself challenged, but don't push yourself to the point of injury.

    Looking at your diary..i would suggest you start eating properly or you risk getting injured...and how did mfp set you on 800 calories a day?? thats way too less
