Office job workouts

I'm sure this has been posted before but maybe not... Are there any work outs I can do sitting at my desk?

    i do lunges in the bathroom from time to time. usually to warm myself up because its cold where i work. ha ha. dont think theres much you can do while sitting down though.

    If you work in a multi-level building, make sure you take the stairs instead of the elevator, as every bit of exertion counts.

    I do squat jumps in the bathroom whenever I can (and don't have heels on...).

    I walk during my lunch break. I used to go to the gym (b/c it was very close to my office), but I ended up quitting the gym and now I generally just walk for an hour at lunch. I'm lucky b/c we have a shower in my office, but even walking at a moderate pace burns a lot of calories and then you don't get all sweaty.

    I bring my lunch to work but during my lunch break go outside and walk for an hour then return to my desk to eat.

    I do tricep dips in my chair, take the stairs, I even have a set of weights under my desk, I can sneek some bicep curls in.

    I do tricep dips after I go to the loo! Put the lid down and then usually do about 15.
