Helloo. So today for lunch I brought some left over dinner from last night. Mexican Lasagna. Does anyone know if there is somewhere I can go and put in the ingredients to get an idea on the calories in it? I don't even want to eat it if I can't find the calories. Or does anyone have an estimate of what they think the calories would be. Here are the ingredients:
Black Beans
Green Chili's
Stewed tomatoes
soft tortillas
ground hamburg
taco seasoning mix
corn
mexican style shredded cheese

I have no idea...

this is a great recipe calculator if you know the serving sizes of the items you will be eating....
