Smoothies

Does anyone have any good recipes? I bought a blender this weekend and would
like to make smoothies for breakfast.

I just like to take 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek is better, but sometimes just light vanilla) a 1/2 cup frozen berries, 8 oz of juice, and 1/2 scoop of protein powder (sometimes I add a little water too. but when I am feeling lazy just take the yogurt, juice, and protein powder in a tight container and shake till its all dissolved. That's a pretty vague suggestion, can't wait to hear other people's ideas.

    I like green smoothies.

    1 banana (may be frozen)
1/2 cup O.J. (or more, depending on how thick/thin you want it)
2 cups spinach leaves (or other greens such as mixed baby greens)
1 other fruit (1 cup strawberries or other berries, 1 cup pineapple, 1 apple, etc. I like to change it up)

A great easy way to get more greens in your diet. You do NOT taste the spinach or greens. I love to have them after a workout, usually is my breakfast meal. Usually comes to between 200-250 calories depending on exactly what you put in it. High in carbs and sugars, yes. But they are natural sugars, also high in vitamins and nutrients.
