    I ate 3 brownies at work today - seriously my (older) coworker needs to stop baking us fatty foods, we live in LA (land of skinny inspiration!). I'm usually good to resist.... but I had to. Going to walk to Trader Joes and back to try and compensate (3 miles total)... meh!
