I saw this post the other day and ran out to get all the supplies.... and oh my goodness. It tastes better than Campbell's and so much healthier. I did use the GG broccoli with zesty cheese, which added some zing. I did the same as the original poster, I made it into 3 2cup servings (which I found a bunch of awesome microwavable plastic cups at the $1 store) and a great mid-day fullfilling snack. Those soup in hands are good, but making this is soooooo much better!! Thanks!0
