After losing 60+ lbs and nearly2 years of maintenance with a great workout schedule, i had an accident while running (fell on a steep, rocky hill) and tore some cartiledge in my knee. I tried to let it heal on its own, but finally broke down and had surgery to fix it.
Now, I am back and have some work to do to get back where I was. My friends list has pared down quite a bit and I am looking for fun, moticated friends to make this more enjoyable.

I am enjoying it. Anything is better than not being able to walk down stairs for 8 months.0

You must have really injured yourself - sounds awful. Nothing worse than not being able to exercise when your trying to keep healthy eh?0

It wasn't horrible, but trying to let it heal was a mistake. 39 year olds don't heal too fast . .LOL0
