weight loss and diet books

I would like to get a few books that I can reference from time to time about healthy eating and general things one should know about working out.

In the past the books I’ve purchased never seemed to be what I was expecting so I’m looking for suggestions. Books that have really helped you…

  • I've been reading The Low Carb Revolution by John McLean. It is an e-book on Amazon. In the beginning the author seems to repeat himself a lot, but the information he provides is pretty easy to understand. I would definitely recommend it.
