    Hi

you could try wrapping it in parma ham and roasting at 200C/400F until the ham is crispy and has imparted its flavour to the fish.

I'm interested too. Most of the recipes I have found are breaded, and I am trying to avoid that. I tried baking it plain, but it wasn't very good.

with any piece of fish i get my hands on.. i broil it.. now that i'm dieting, i'll take some garlic paste and lemon juce.. add water.. throw that on top with a little italian seasoning for beauty and presto... 10 mins in the broiler and dee-lissh... put it on an akmak cracker for carb... 60 cal for 3.. :) throw in some steamed veggies (don't forget a little spray of butter pam and dash of salt) and fruit for dessert and a glass of skim milk and you're sat-is-fied!!!

    We like this marinate

    Lime-Marinate

1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger, I used what i bought at the health food store.
    1/2 teaspoon chopped thyme
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 pcs fish about 6 ounces each

Blend in blender until smooth Pour over fish or put in a zip lock baggie. refrigerate 1 hour or over night.
When ready I have cooked on foil on grill, or in the oven, or on top of he stove. cook until fish flakes.

It not over welming but adds a nice flavor.

    FAT 13.8 g
    Carbs 4.1
    Cals 332.0
    protein 43.5g

I like this recipe from Skinnytaste.com:

    http://www.skinnytaste.com/2008/05/skillet-flounder-with-tomatoes-425.html

It would work with pretty much any white fish.
