The other day i bought a pound of ground chicken. I made a tray of chicken meatballs, bit of salt and pepper, spiced it up with some cayenne pepper, and baked in the oven.
They are great and yummie snacks on the go, cold or hot!

I usually cut two apples into pieces and keep them in a sealed bag so that I can snack on them throughout the day :)

I make sure my snacks consist of a good carb, a protein and good fat and don't have added sugars or artificial sweeteners. Sometimes it's a tall order! Lol!

Siggi's brand yogurt (it's low glycemic) with 1T slivered almonds
Flax or whole grain crackers with hummus
Almonds or string cheese and a piece or cup of fruit
    Veggies with hummus
Cottage cheese with berries and 1 T slivered almonds
Apple or pear with 1T natural peanut butter
1 sl Ezekiel 4:9 bread (reg or cinnamon raisin) with natural peanut butter
    Hardboiled egg with fruit
Protein shake with berries and flax
    Edamame
Plain Greek yogurt with berries and slivered almonds or flax
La Tortilla Factory tortilla with wholly guacamole and grilled chicken

I know I have more but I'm drawing a blank!

I'm totally addicted to pb2 and half an apple or banana, less than 100 calories. I bring it to work in a little Tupperware.

Nice, I should do the pb and apple thing. I've noticed I need to add more fresh fruits and veggies to my diet.
