Geography makes a difference. We're having below average temperatures here in the Seattle area right now.

how are the normal Temps around Seattle?

I'd say Summer is typically around the 70's and 80's. Winter is typically around the 30's and 40's. Spring and Fall are somewhere in between.

Keep in mind those are only average temps. We do have extremes too. But overall the maritime climate keeps things pretty mild.

length is the key, both states are very long.

Lastly, I should explain that my temps were for western Washington. East of the Cascade Mountains, which bisect the state north to south, the weather and temperatures are much more extreme.

Ostriches are often not taken seriously. They can run faster than horses, and the males can roar like lions

yeah... we have one of those chinese crested/hirless chiauahua dogs...she shakes and she barks, not quite as much as a poodle ...she demands your attention...I don't like that....I much prefer cats...they could care less ...lol

Zowies, you are so right, we have two cats and they could careless if we are even there, unless the food is empty or the litter needs changed, that is the only time they ever come to me.
