200 ARM CIRCLES!

Great for round shoulders.
Break them up.
Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles, it doesn’t matter. Tell us what you did!

DONE! Wow! Felt that burn at 120! Feels great, now! Every day from now on! Thanks for sharing this!:flowerforyou: I started with very small circles at my sides and gradually increased to very large ones. Then I would go the other way and continue all the way back to very small circles and just repeat until I hit 200!
