ok so i would like a big butt or okay let me be realistic, a nice behind on MYSELF! has anyone here tried a butt video and u were like whoa! yes! look at my butt! it looks great!!! if u did, plz let me know as i would like to buy something thanks!

Squats, squats and more squats. I never had a behind before doing squats. I warn you though, I used to be able to squeeze into any size 0 because I had nothing stopping me. Now, my little rear is causing a tiny bit of issue. I am not complaining at all, there's really only been one pair of pants that have become a casualty. I will give up my size 0 super skinny jeans if that means I don't have pancake butt.0

I agree, a nice booty that emphasises 'woman' is nice. Not much of a fan of girl-butts that look like kid's butts.
I'd never complain about ladybutts tho..... its like traffic, the ones that need the beep to safely back up, its best to stay clear of those.0 -

I started doing an exercise called butt bible! It has six levels! Level 1 upper and lower, level 2 upper and lower and level 3 upper and lower.
I am only doing the lower one, as I am doing other exersices as well, and I am doing this one because I want a nice looking butt!
So basically, I just do lower level 1 day 1, lower level 2 day 2, lower level 1 day 3, lower level 2 day 4.. and etc..
I would do lower level 3, but I had a quick look at it, and it seems like you have to have alot of equipment for it, which I do not have!

On the serious side....Do squats and Deadlifts. Also do leg presses as well.0 -
squats, lunges and walking on an incline of 10 for 30 - 60 minutes i saw a difference in getting more of a C shape on my butt in 4 days0

I grew up thinking genetically, I would have the back-into-*kitten*-into-the-thigh forever.. then I started doing squats, lunges, dips, deadlifts & rear leg raises... yea, baby got back!
I'm still shaping it as genetically I wasn't blessed like my baby sister (who has the perfect bubble butt), but I've been advised that I look really good and I take it as a good sign when a guy walks past me, seeing me from the side view & suddenly does a double take & almost walks into a wall while looking back & down...
I will say, the more weight I squat/dead lift, the better the shape gets as I'm not just working or focusing on one area. My quads, hams, glutes and lower back all get the work & then the extra shoulder work I do just adds that nice "V-Shape" to the body that enhances everything else.
Just remember, every body is different and we all build/develop differently. Some may find more cardio like on the stair-master or arc-trainer gives them better results, others may find low weight dumbbells and simple squats works just fine, others may find more weight than cardio is better (that's me).
