Sorry don't want to sound negative but why is it that when men lose weight there skin seems to bounce back. I was told by my doctor that I will have excess skin when i do reach my goal weight. It's frustrating when I see how much better men look with there stomachs on here than I will. I don't have children either

I don't think that is even true. There are plenty of men that have loose skin after they lose weight.0

I also think losing the weight slow and weight traing will help with the skins elasticity I0
