For the month of March, our food challenge is to keep our total percentage of fat calories at 25% or less EVERY SINGLE DAY.

(Fat Calories x 9 ÷ Total Calories = Percentage of Fat Calories.)

    I'm watching the same thing as last month right? Just now it's 25% versus 30%? WOW! I could hardly do 30% and don't think I had any days under 25%. I'll try it though!

    Yeah, percentage of calories from fat, not percentage of grams from fat. Is that what you're asking?

    This could be a tough one! I have mine set for 25%, but I almost always go over that but stay under 30%. I want to really stay under 25% for a month and see if that makes a difference. I bet it will!

    Hello Everybody! Dang! you ladies already started yesturday! I am glad to be here! I wasn't be able to use this for while and finally got my DSL. So that makes thing lot easier!! I am going to get back on track starting today! Best luck to all of u ladies!

    Great job, Heidi! You would not believe the tweaks I've had to make to my food diary today to ensure I come in under 25%. This is a great challenge for me in that it's not an easy one, but it is doable.

    Wahoo! So far March is off to a great start! I think it will be harder on off days then on workout days. I burn so many calories as it is.

    Hi all,

    Hope you don't mind if I join in! I've only recently been looking at the carb/fat/protein ratio so not too sure how this is gonna go! I know carbs are a definite weakness (I'm ALWAYS over on them) but not sure about fat..
