Confused on getting back to workout.

Ok, so my sister had a baby girl on Wednesday, I've been in the hospital with her for the past two days and have not been able to do my typical workout routine. Soo, my question, should I start back with the muscle group I typically work on Friday's (today) or should I start with my typical Wednesday workout? The first day I didn't get to do my workout, should I just work all muscle groups today? Or what, lol. Also, tomorrow is typically my rest day. Should I forgo that? I would like to keep my rest schedule in the future though, I like my easy Saturdays, and it keeps me from eating too much!! Thanks!!

    I'd say keep your normal routine. In the long run, skipping 2 days isn't terrible. Go for your Friday workout today and rest tomorrow. Maybe do a little bit extra today to make up for not working out for the last 2 days.

    And congrats on a new niece!
