I know it's a long shot but I just started 3 days ago and today I did the hardest days work I've ever done in my life. I must have burned at least 1000 calories. I should probably log it but I'm not sure what I can compare it do as my day was so varied.

I'm sure it would be the same as working at any other grocery store. I doubt it would be specific to Aldi.0

True, Maybe I should have put that in the title. My point was however, how would I log it as exercise?0

I wouldn;t log it as exersise, I would change your activity level.0

Ah, brilliant advice. Thank you0 -
I work at Aldi too!!
It is such a physical job and has certainly improved my fitness levels..I don't log it as exercise but have changed the activity level like the person above has suggested!
Nice to know someone else who works there!

I was an assistant manager at the highest volume store in our division for 2 years. The best part about working there was eating anything and everything I wanted and wearing size 4/6 pants comfortably. If you can stick with Aldi until January you will be fine. I also started in October. From October to Christmas is the busiest time of year there.
After I quit working full time they kept me on part time to come in 2-3 days a week to do nothing but throw truck for 3-4 hours before the store opened. It was a killer workout. I kind of miss working there.0 -
Thanks for the great advice ladies0
