Does anybody know any easy ways to burn calories during the day without putting time to the side specifically for dieting? Busy schedule.

Sounds like your looking for something that doesnt exist.
If you have a desk job and don't mind looking a bit funny, you could get a mini bike and put it under your desk and pedal it..
I'd actually suggest what i do; Get up earlier and go for a run, walk at lunchtime, walk after dinner in the evening.0 -
Lots of people have busy schedules and yet we find the time to exercise.
From your post it sounds like you're looking for a magic way to lose weight without counting calories or working out? Yeah, that doesn't exist.
Logging your food on here only takes 5 minutes a day. There are tons of workouts on youtube and on DVD that take less than 20 minutes. You could find some of those to do.
But you don't have to exercise to lose weight....all you need is a calorie deficit.0 -
You can get a treaddesk so you can walk and do work on your computer at the same time.0

Park farther away, take the stairs, do jumping jacks, pushups and situps during commercial breaks. It all adds up, but it's not going to be a miraculous amount of calories burned.0

Definitely, workout in the morning before work. You are more likely to work out if you doing in the morning before life stress take over your life. Just do 15 minutes at a time and gradually increase. When changing or making a new habit it's important to start small. You CAN DO THIS0

Extra incidental workouts. Park my car furthest from the door of the store. Take the stairs always. Do core contractions and butt/ thigh tightening exercises at my desk. Don't stroll, power walk. Engage your core when you lift or move objects. Walk or run stairs on your lunch break. Take the long way around at the office. Anything that just moves you more.0
