I'm in, but upping the ante for myself and doubling the goal (since I'm still getting started really and I know the early lbs are the easiest)

I want to cry. I thought I could do this. I killed myself at the gym (7 hours from last Monday to Saturday, took Friday and Sunday off) and tracked everything I ate.

Weighed in last Monday at 319 and today I was at 312.

Daily probably about 1200/1300, lots of walks, but no strength training. I'm only really starting off, so large losses are easier cos I'm kinda heavyTo be honest I probably didn't log a lot of my exercise and was always well under my daily goals, but it's stupid daily stuff on top like taking the stairs instead of the lift - I guess it just all added up this week.
