                    Hi all!
I have a gym membership, and I am sitting here thinking that I should maybe start going to the gym!
I am doing 30 day shred (level 3 day 3) and buttbible!
However I read that its really good for you to do weightlifting as well..
So, do any of you know any good exercise I can do ??
A video or description would be much appreciated, but you dont have to!
