Does the calorie counter make adjustments for breast feeding moms?

I don't think so but I customized mine and set it at 1800 calories. I seem to be ok with losing and producing enough milk, any time I go any lower my production starts to drop and that is not good.0

You can add breastfeeding to foods and it's listed as either -300 or -500 k/cal. I set my net goal as 1450 k/cal (pre exercise) but I actually eat 1750 with the neg. calories.0

You can add it as a food or just manually up your calories. I usually eat between 1600-1900 and am steadily losing. 1600 is defiantly on the low end. Also depends on how old your nursling is. My LO is 10mo so I only allow myself around 250calories for him. If your supply isn't well established or you have a newborn you need to allow more like 500calories0
