    Absolutely inspiring! I'm 5'7 and just started last week at 190lbs, so your post came just in time and has really motivated me to keep on going. My plan was to focus on cardio until I drop the first 10% of my weight and then start to add weights. Based on your experience, do you recommend adding weights right from the get go?
