I was depressed from 13-19 on antidepressants etc etc but then when I started exercising I was a lot better for a year but have now relapsed about 1-2 months ago. I'm going to a completely new GP.. how do I tell them I'm depressed and have anxiety issues?

I'm really scared I'm going to be judged

Well, for starters you can listen to the advice given to you on the previous exact same threads you posted

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/780915-too-scared-to-talk-to-a-dr-therapist-about-mental-health

btw, while you might be having fun attempting to troll (these are very lousy attempts mind you, next time try to be entertaining atleast) but some people have actual problems on these boards and you trying to have your fun or simple attention "seeking" is just pathetic and sad

Don't be scared they are there to help, I've been a sufferer for 3and a half years now, slowly getting better but my doctor has been behind me 100%

Just tell them. And if they judge you and you feel they are not there to help you probably time to find a new GP anyways.

Doctors hear this sort of thing every day, you won't be judged. That's what doctors are for, to help diagnose, treat, and refer you to a specialist if necessary. If you're not comfortable telling your doctor yet, perhaps see if your employer offers an employee assistance program? It's confidential and they can usually provide fantastic resources. If that's not an option, then just tell your doctor. Mental illness is the same as any other illness in the sense that proper treatment can help. Good luck, be strong!!

They're doctors it's their job to help you without judgment. If they do judge you then find another doctor, but chances are they have seen alot worse then you today. Just straight up tell him/her and make sure you them ALL of the information from the last time you dealt with this so they can make the right decision for you. The last thing you want is for them to play trial and error if you already know what's worked for you in the past. Doctors are the last people you want to omit information to.

    Good Luck

You should probably avoid public internet forums if you fear judgment.

If they do judge you WHICH THEY WONT! They're in the wrong job profession. It's their JOB to care and help patients not pass judgement. <3

In one of the threads you posted I went and got you some info, and then bumped it which you ignored twice.

I think you have a nice case if Munchausen Syndrome. Good luck.

Just a couple of days ago you couldn't afford to go to the doctor, as you said here in this thread about yet another mental condition:

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/779311-how-do-i-stop-cutting-myself?hl=cutting

I suspect either bad trolling, an addiction to attention, and/or some form of munchausen's or a mental hypochondria...

I suggest you really do find a doctor, and tell them everything you have made threads about, and find out why you feel compelled to keep starting these threads...
