Walking at Work

Hello all, so here's my question:
The parking garage at my work is about 1/4 mile from my building, one way. I checked it on USATF.org. So I walk that 4 times a day, morning, lunch, lunch, evening. The bathroom is about 100 yards from my cubicle, seriously; it's a big building. And I walk that about 10 times a day (I drink a half gallon of water or more at work). So my question is, can I count this toward cardio? I mean it's over a mile of walking per day. Or would I just be cheating myself so I can eat a little more?

I vote for cheating, especially the bathroom walks.

If your profile was set up as 'sedentary', I'd count the round trip 1/4 miles if the total equals 30 actual minutes, so 1 mile = 30 min @2 mph. If it takes longer than that, then it's too slow and I wouldn't. If it's shorter than that, it's under my arbitrary threshhold of 30 minutes, so I wouldn't.

If you are set up as 'lightly active' in your profile, then nope - it's part of being 'lightly active'.

And the bathroom trips? Yeah, nice try but no.
