I pretty much can but I have to avoid it if at all possible because that means I need to do a ton of work outs such as nights when I get drunk off some wine... man do I love wine... but I get so many calories from it but if I could have anything I'd like some coke and some pizza or some dinner food0

one entire pack of cookies, 3 bags of sour sweets, a large bag of crisps, 2 1.5 litre diet sodas.
day starting from breakfast
an entire jar of peanut butter and a jar of honey with a pack of crackers.
a whole block of family size dark chocolate
