    Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. I promise myself I can have anything my heart desires, just not today....I pick a day in the future, like my birthday. Once I know I can have anything on that day, I calm down, am ok, and can be good just knowing I am not deprived, and when that day comes, I will make good choices.

    Drink tonnes of water and lift heavy things.
    Sigh. I'd not be lifting heavy things unless you are in the physical condition to be doing so. I back injury is not going to help your dieting.

    Heavy is relative to the person.
    Using correct form will prevent injury.

    IMHO giving the blanket advice to "lift heavy things" is dangerous.
