    You look amazing. Can you tell me did you plateau at any point? I am up to 40 lb and seem to be only losing roughly 1lb a week.

    No real trick, I am on a doctor supervised very low calorie diet, which I understand isn't the best for everyone.
    I check in with him regularily, he reviews my food diary. I take prescribed supplements (things like Vitamin D, calcium and Omega 3 to name a few.) He runs my blood to ensure I am ok medically.

    I eat very high protein.
    I don't go to a gym, or run, but my speed is more the EA active fitness for the Wii or DDR in my home.

    I weigh and track everything I eat, but I don't deprive myself either, I would rather eat something and figure it into my macros rather then wonder if it's as good as I think it will taste. I look for great food ideas such as those found on skinnytaste. I said no to food that I didn't feel I could track correctly like a restaurant salad that I didn't know what the salad dressing was made of.

    Most importantly, I have great friends on here that have been a great inspiration to me and they have given me some wonderful ideas in day to day or even just food ideas and inspriations!
