For most challenges I have seen, you weigh-in once a week. Some people start a group, but that would up to the who started the challenge. I actually just started a group for a new year's 2013 challenge, if anyone wants to do both.0

I'm in I wanted to lose 1-2lbs each week so maybe if I work hard and have a goal I can do this!
I had a goal to reach 15000 calories burnt in October and I have reached it (and then some) so I need to up the game!
