    4-6 days/week, more often 5.

Seven days a week, double workouts on the weekend, and some lower impact on days when I have to work late. Any type of movement is better than sitting on the couch. I had too many years of sitting on the couch!

heavy weights 3x week, 30 mins
    cardio, 30 mins 6x week
long walks or hiking (or snowshoeing once winter hits), 3-4x week
random squat sets or pushups, maybe 3x week, whenever I need a boost of energy.

I work 2 fulltime desk jobs, so I gotta move as much as I can to counteract all that sitting.

I aim for five days a week, 30 minutes per workout. When life gets in the way, though, it can go down to two or three -- it really depends on what's going on.
