For those who have lost weight, how many days do you workout a week?

5 days a week sometimes twice a day in winter
6 days a week sometimes twice a day in summer as I play summer sports0 -
It varies typically 6 days per week but with various effort levels (Low, Med, High).0

Seven days a week, double workouts on the weekend, and some lower impact on days when I have to work late. Any type of movement is better than sitting on the couch. I had too many years of sitting on the couch!0

heavy weights 3x week, 30 mins
cardio, 30 mins 6x week
long walks or hiking (or snowshoeing once winter hits), 3-4x week
random squat sets or pushups, maybe 3x week, whenever I need a boost of energy.
I work 2 fulltime desk jobs, so I gotta move as much as I can to counteract all that sitting.0 -
before the contests 5-6 times a week..now i am doing it 7 days a week... 1-3 hrs a day.0
