Just made this for Halloween dessert tomorrow and it's so good I shall be making it a regular thing!
Makes 6 portions at 99 cals each
500g Total 0% Fat greek yogurt
50g Nestle Carnation Caramel
190g grated apple (with skin)
12g granulated sweetener
Mix all the above together in a freezer proof tub, pop in freezer, stir every hour until smooth and firm. Remove from freezer 10 mins before serving to soften slightly.
Done! Simple and tasty!

It looks really yummy! Our homemade ice-cream is the one temptation I give in to, so a low calorie option would be fantastic!0
