The same thing happened to me, I weighed in yesterday at 179 and today I'm 180... it's a little strange. I thought I would of gone down a little more, but NO!0 -

LMAO. I loved the part about keeping your kids safe. My husband needs that same protection. Come to think of it so does the kid working at Happy Harry's who commented on my sweet tooth when I bought a bag of chocolate covered raisins, a bag of peanut brittle, a bag of sweet and salty trail mix and a box of tampons. There are some things that just don't require a comment.

I did not lose any weight. It went up and down between 277 and 276 all week. But my body fat% went down by 3% so I still consider this a victory! I contribute this week to gaining lean muscle mass so that my weight stayed the same, but lost some fat in the process. Love this challenge!0 -

Which is completely amazing because I was out of town and did not log my foods or exercise or anything!!! I guess subconsciously I was really aware of what was entering my mouth and made sure that I went on extra long walks (plus we were at a place with lots of hills - which helped burn some extra calories that I don't normally burn at home).
YEAH!! Good week for me ...... now I've just got to keep that going!! :happy:0 -

Even though I lost nothing, I can't really complain because I ate so much (cookies, cake, burgers, etc.)and had an absolute blast this past weekend. Going to stick to healthy eating this week and lose a couple of pounds by next Monday!! See you then!!! :happy:0 -
