Is anyone else doing Les Mills Pump? I just started and would to meet people who are doing the program or have done it.

    I do body pump. I think your referring to the BB program, right? It's very much the same. But body Pump is at the gym.

    Yes! I have. I've have really seen an increase in my muscle. Especially, my legs. But I do like the class setting a bit better because it is really motivating to see others doing it as well.
