    I love your story, and you are right it is a lifestyle. It is o.k. to indulge once in a while... somebody told me that if you eat clean 90% of the time, you will maintain... and with work outs, you will lose and feel good about what you are doing as a lifetime thing.

  • This is incredibly inspiring and motivational! I sort of fell off the wagon and gained 5 of the lbs that I lost back, but thank you for sharing your story, I'm going to work out tonight and get back on track! Amazing job to you and your friend!!! :D

    Thanks for sharing!!! I am very impressed by your optimism and positivity! You are inspiring. i am currently in week 7 of C25K. It is hard but i know i can do it!!! Like you, I decreased my speed to and found I could complete all my runs by running a bit slower and plan on working on speed later. Congrats!!!
