Open Diaries

I was wondering if I could see a few open diaries,
I'd like to see what a normal day looks like in order to lose weight
and maybe catch a few ideas

    Mine is always open (unless people start judging me), and I log every day, including my recent vacation which is totally different from my normal every day diet, which is not highly planned but mostly healthy.

    Oh, and mine is not a weight loss diet, it is a maintenance diet. Jan-March this year was a very slow getting lean diet for someone who is older, slow metabolism, and already lean body fat.

    Be careful about comparing others calories to your own. We are all different. Get ideas about foods but your own calories are what matters, not someone else's calories. We all have different stress and hormones, which effect the ability to have a calorie deficit, some have emotional eating issues, some don't, we all are different sizes, different RMR/BMR (mostly based on height), the shorter you are basically the smaller you are for the most part, etc.

    At this point, I'm nearing the end of my weight loss journey, and moving towards the maintenance phase. So my caloric requirements are to maintain weight; I still aim for a little under, just so I lose a few more pounds.
