    I didn't have time to read the whole thing, but I want to say the arm pictures were impressive! What a difference :) You have given me hope. I am the "before" arm pic !!! Keep it up....I'm coming back to this thread to read later!!!

    Thanks for sharing!!! I am very impressed by your optimism and positivity! You are inspiring. i am currently in week 7 of C25K. It is hard but i know i can do it!!! Like you, I decreased my speed to and found I could complete all my runs by running a bit slower and plan on working on speed later. Congrats!!!
