    Again, thanks for all of the awesome words of encouragement! It has taken me roughly a year. I realize that is pretty fast. I had a baby August 5, 2012, and I breastfed, so the first 20-25 lbs. or so flew right off. The before picture is pretty accurate in terms of my weight before I got pregnant. I am working at lowering my body fat, but building muscle, so I'm not sure what that will mean for my weight. If losing fat but gaining muscle keeps me at this weight, I'm fine with that, but my body fat% is still quite high (I only started lifting about a month ago), so I suspect I will lose another 10 lbs.

    You are an inspiration, I am 5'7 and started at 209, I am currently at 192. I wasnt sure if I wanted to go down as low as 150 lbs, but you look awesome. So I think I have now reset my weight loss goal to 150 lbs. Thanks for the motivation.
