    I count it under cross-training for 20 min. With the warm-up and cool-down I think it's actually 27 min. video, but friends with HRMs said that inputting 20 min came out the same as what their HRM read.

    Good question! I just created a new workout for it under "My Workout" and called it Shred. When you create a new one, it asks for total minutes, weight, and calories. I bought a cheap calorie counter watch at Targer for $30 and it tells me for 20 minutes I burn around 183 calories. It's usually about the same for me every time. Hope this helps!

    i put it under circuit training and with my watch it says i burn about 226
